 Here At BOAB Hair Collections, we’re committed to getting your beautiful new hair to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

• Processing Time: 

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping Time: 

Once your order is processed, it typically takes 5-15 business days for delivery. Please note that this is the standard shipping time, but delays can occasionally occur depending on your location or unforeseen circumstances with our shipping partners.

• Shipping Costs: 

Mostly all of our valued customers are eligible for FREE shipping however, Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer competitive rates to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly.

• Order Tracking: 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey directly from our shipping partner.

• Important Information: 

- We currently ship Globally. 

- We are not responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to assist you.

Return Policy

BOAB Hair Collections, we want you to love your new hair! However, due to the nature of our products, we have a few guidelines to ensure you have a smooth experience when making a return or exchange.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:

• Hair products (Wigs, bundles, closures, etc.) are NON-REFUNDABLE. Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the hair has been opened, used, or tampered with.

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 3 Days of receiving your order. We'll make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.

• To be eligible for a return due to a damaged or defective product, you must provide:

• Photos or videos showing the damage or defect.

• The order number and any relevant details.

• Your original packaging (If possible).

Exceptions (Returns & Exchanges):

• Incorrect Items: If we send you the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a return and send you the correct item at no additional cost.

How to Return or Exchange:

1. Contact Us: Send us an email at (Boabcollections96@gmail.com) or reach out via our contact page to explain the issue.

2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve confirmed the issue, we’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) and provide instructions on how to return your item.

3. Ship the Item: Use the provided instructions and ship your item back to us. Shipping costs for returns due to damage or our error will be covered by us.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Opened or used hair products.

Shipping Costs:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please Note: We strongly encourage customers to carefully review their selections before making a purchase. Once the hair is installed or altered in any way, we are unable to accept returns.
